ALL LEVELS VINYASA
An accessible, all-levels class designed to meet you where you are. Move mindfully, breathe deeply, and explore postures with options for every body.
With plenty of options and modifications offered throughout, you'll be encouraged to move in a way that feels good for your body. Come as you are—leave feeling balanced, empowered, and at ease.

HOT POWER 45
This fast-paced, full-body power flow is designed to build strength, stamina, and focus—all in just 45 minutes. Set in a heated room, you’ll move through a dynamic vinyasa sequence that challenges the body and clears the mind. Expect to sweat, breathe, and flow with purpose.
Strong, energizing, and empowering. All levels welcome.

KUNDALINI
Known as the yoga of awareness as it is physical, mental and spiritual in nature. In this class you will learn how to tap into and harness your own energy field and magnetism. Expect your vitality to increase, your life force to lift, and to feel radiantly YOU.
Class begins with gentle yet dynamic movements and breathing techniques to uplift and open the spine, lungs, and energy channels. You'll be guided through a calming meditation and deep relaxation which will prepare you for a good nights sleep and a light week ahead. Suitable for all levels
HOT POWER VINYASA
Power classes are dynamic and full-bodied, designed to enhance strength, focus, endurance, and flexibility in a heated studio. These vinyasa style yoga practices flow at a steady pace, keeping your routine fluid, creative, and invigorating. Expect to challenge both body and mind, leaving each class feeling empowered and energized.

YIN YANG
This balanced practice blends the deep stillness of Yin with the energizing movement of Yang. You'll move through long-held, grounding stretches that target the connective tissues, followed by dynamic flows that build strength and boost circulation. Whether we start in stillness or flow first, this class creates harmony in body and mind—leaving you both calm and refreshed.
All levels welcome.
HOT PILATES
This all-levels class blends the foundations of Classical Pilates with a fresh, contemporary approach to help you build core stability, full-body strength, and deeper body awareness. Through intentional, controlled movements, you'll improve flexibility, balance, and posture—leaving you feeling aligned and empowered.
Modifications are always offered, so you can move at your own pace and honor your body.

GENTLE YOGA
This slow-paced, supportive class is designed to make yoga accessible to all. With the help of props and thoughtful modifications, you’ll move through gentle postures that release tension, improve circulation, and increase flexibility at your own pace.
Perfect for beginners, those returning to their practice, or anyone craving a softer approach to movement.
All are welcome—come as you are.
YIN YOGA
A slow, meditative practice with long-held, supported poses designed to release tension deep in the body’s connective tissues. Each posture is held for 3–5 minutes, using breath and stillness to invite deeper release and balance energy flow.
Perfect for all levels and a beautiful complement to more active practices.
THE HIP OPENER
This Hip Opener class is designed to gently open and strengthen the hips. Prepare to be guided through a series of postures that specifically target the hips, helping to release tension and improve mobility. This practice also supports emotional release, encouraging a mindful approach to self care and well-being.
ABOUT OUR HEAT
Where noted on our schedule, our yoga room is heated via infrared heaters. This will therapeutically heat the body in order to deepen your flexibility, detoxify, and improve cardiovascular health. Hot classes will be heated to approximately 98° Warm classes will be heated to approximately 84°
