Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice rooted in traditional medicine that uses gentle movement, breath work, and meditation to balance energy in the body, mind, and spirit. Combining slow, flowing motions with deep breathing and focused awareness to support overall health and well being.
This all levels class will help improve physical health, mental clarity, and emotional well being by reducing stress, improving balance, and enhancing overall vitality.
