  • Reiki

    Reiki is a safe, gentle, and non-invasive energy healing modality. It promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and symptom relief to improve overall health and well-being and can assist the body with healing on all levels: mind, body, and spirit. Increasingly being used in clinical settings such as hospitals and being prescribed by physicians to supplement other treatments.

    Reiki dates back 2500 years to ancient Tibetan Buddhist teachings. Reiki uses high frequency, universal energy that flows from the palms of a certified and attuned practitioner. It is focused on the body’s energy field(aura), energy channels(meridians) and energy centers(chakras), to remove blockages and create energetic balance in and around the body. When the body is energetically balanced, its natural healing abilities are amplified. Reiki does not heal your body, Reiki heals your energy so your body can heal itself.

  • Integrative Sound Healing

    Take your healing journey to the next level. In this private healing session, we will address any issues in the body, primarily using Reiki with sound, such as crystal bowls, drumming and tuning forks and integrate other energy healing modalities as needed. These may include Somatic Breathwork, ThetaHealing, energetic clearing, crystals and essential oils. Benefits of sound healing: access deeper meditative states, promote deep relaxation, clear energetic blockages, improve sleep, while supporting mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

  • Integrative Positional Therapy

    Integrated Positional Therapy (IPT) is a comprehensive program of recovery from both chronic and acute neuromuscular pain that is safe, effective, and gentle. IPT has been successfully used to address many neuromuscular conditions often when other approaches have failed.

    Cost: $80 (60min)- $120 (90min)

  • Julie Albert

    Julie is a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor, Holistic Health Coach, Massage Therapist, Reiki practitioner, ThetaHealing practitioner and Somatic Release Breathwork facilitator.  She has a well rounded understanding of how to incorporate natural healing through self care into one’s lifestyle.  Julie started practicing yoga while recovering from a hip injury and found a steady practice that was challenging yet relaxing, joyful, and meditative at the same time.  This is where her love for yoga truly began.  In addition to teaching yoga, Julie offers public group and private sound healing incorporating crystal bowls, gongs, drumming, tuning forks and other sound instruments.  Because sound is accessible to everyone, she infuses all classes with sound elements through the use of instruments and chanting mantras.

    As a Pain Relief & Neuromuscular Specialist, Laura practices and teaches Integrated Positional Therapy (IPT) protocols to reduce and often eliminate chronic pain. She incorporates various yoga postures to balance muscles for various neuromuscular conditions.
